Shipping and delivery
We ship with DPD. For faster delivery we offer DHL Express.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs depend on weight and destination country. They are calculated in the cart and shown before you complete your order. We ship free of charge for orders of EUR 400 or more to Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia and Spain, and for orders of EUR 1,000 or more to Norway and Switzerland. DHL Express is available for a surcharge.
Shipments over 31.5 kg (e.g. several snowbikes) are sent by freight forwarder. We will send you an individual quote.

If a product is not immediately available, the different delivery time is stated on the product page.
Deliveries outside the EU
No Austrian VAT is charged for deliveries outside the EU. Import VAT, customs duties and fees of the destination country are borne by the recipient; they are usually collected by the carrier on delivery.
Transfer of risk
For consumers, Brenter Snowbike bears the transport risk until handover. For businesses, EXW (ex works Oberndorf) applies unless otherwise agreed.
Transport damage
Please check the shipment on delivery and have any visible damage confirmed by the carrier. Your warranty rights remain unaffected.
