Brenter GmbH operates the online shop snowbike.com. We want everyone to be able to use our shop. This statement describes how the shop meets the requirements of the Austrian Accessibility Act (Barrierefreiheitsgesetz, BaFG).

How we meet the requirements

Our benchmark is the standard EN 301 549 and the WCAG 2.1 guidelines at level AA. Specifically:

  • Form fields are labelled; error messages are shown as text.
  • Text can be enlarged up to 200% in the browser.
  • Using the accessibility icon at the bottom right, you can adjust contrast, font size and spacing.
  • Orders are also possible by e-mail or phone.

Known limitations

  • Some older images still lack alternative text; we are adding it continuously.
  • Some yellow buttons in the shop have insufficient colour contrast. You can switch on high contrast via the accessibility icon at the bottom right.
  • Older user manuals in PDF format are not fully accessible. On request, we will send them in an accessible format.
  • The map in the dealer search is provided by a third party. The dealers are also listed as text below the map.

Feedback and contact
